The Cardiovascular Technician assists credentialed providers with diagnostic and interventional invasive cardiology procedures. This may include arteriograms/catheterizations, permanent pacemaker implantations, implantable cardiac defibrillators, diagnostic and interventional, peripheral and coronary procedures, interventional therapy and thrombolytic therapy. We are an amazing team that supports each other and we are seeking a dedicated professional who shares our commitment to patient care.

• You will scrub and assist for all diagnostic and interventional CV procedures, including preparation of supplies and instruments, maintenance of the sterile field, and manipulation of cardiac catheters, guide-wires and devices.
• You will inject contrast media and medications from the sterile field as directed and supervised by the physician.
• You will use hemodynamic and ECG monitoring, including interpretation of data.
• You will manage and maintain images that may include stenosis analysis, formatting and processing on both cardiac and peripheral cases.
• You may perform routine calibration and maintenance of complex equipment and notify appropriate personnel for needed repairs.

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• RCIS or RT required
