• Create excellent experience for every guest through a friendly and helpful attitude
• Educate guests on proper lash care and recommend exclusive after care products
• Understand and promote products and memberships
• Perform high quality and consistent professional eyelash extension services
• Maintain a clean and sterile work environment

• Active Texas Cosmetology or Esthetics license
• 1+ years as a Lash Stylist desired
• Customer service focused; loves interacting with clients
• Strong work ethic
• Initiates self-learning and is comfortable educating clients on products and services offered
• Ability to work some weekends and some evenings

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
