Overview As the Pricing Strategy Finance Manager for Quaker US, you will partner with Sales Strategy, Marketing, Commercialization, Sales Finance, FP&A and The Growth Office to help ensure that the Business Unit delivers Net Revenue and Profit growth with a focus on a 1-2 year time horizon. The Pricing Strategy Finance Manager provides overall management of the weekly Exceptions Process, Post Event Analysis, Innovation Pricing, and Trade Efficiency practices. The categories for which this role will be responsible will be inclusive of all Breakfast categories (Hots, RTE Cereal, Pancake Mix and Syrup, and Grits/Regional Grains). Responsibilities Manage the weekly Trade Exceptions process, receiving requests for variances from Planned activity, evaluating impact from a financial and competitive perspective and make recommendations.

Coordinate with Sales Finance and Sales Strategy to have a bias towards finding productive solutions that will be positive for the customer and PFNA. Maintain database of considered Exceptions and ensure standard reporting tools reflect most current approved pricing. Facilitate Post Event Analysis process to assess the productivity of approved exceptions. Work with the Growth Office and the Execution Sr Manager counterpart to develop, customize and roll out RGM focused tools to the Sales and Sales Finance teams.

Partner with Brand Finance and Marketing to develop initial pricing recommendations for package/product innovations. Develop tools and practices in concert with the RGM Team which provide for improved Trade Efficiency through Trade Calendar Assessments and recommendations. Price pack architecture ownership of in-year Pricing Architecture modifications and corresponding SROT updates. Provide ad-hoc analysis as requested to generate impactful insights working with FP&A, Sales Finance and the broader Pricing Strategy and Execution team.

Compensation & Benefits:
The expected compensation range for this position is between $110,700 - $185,250. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Education/Certification:

Bachelor's Degree Required (Finance or Business Administration preferred) MBA preferred; CPA is a plus.

Work Experience:

7 - 10 years of practical exposure in some of the following areas:
Sales Finance, Revenue Management, Brand Finance and Financial Planning and Analysis. Functional finance experience is a plus (e.g. Marketing, Sales, R&D, Operations, Procurement etc.) Skills & Capabilities:

Experience with forecasting and budgeting, financial modeling. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate analytical findings into actionable solutions and processes. Ability to function effectively in a team environment and gain the cooperation of individuals across the organization. Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of management. Strong influencing skills Results-oriented with ability to initiate and lead projects to completion.

Innovative thinker with a focus on continuous process improvement Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to quickly learn various in-house software applications.
