Full-time | Mortgage & Real Estate

• Guide borrowers through the home financing process from application to closing
• Pre-qualify clients by analyzing income, debt, and credit
• Educate clients on loan options, costs, and payment structures
• Maintain clear communication with borrowers, real estate partners, and lenders
• Provide accurate disclosures and help resolve credit issues

• Active state mortgage license or certification (requirements vary by state)
• Strong knowledge of mortgage loan products and underwriting guidelines (FNMA, FHA, VA, etc.)
• Understanding of industry regulations including RESPA, TILA, and zoning laws
• Excellent communication and financial analysis skills
• Self-motivated, sales-oriented mindset
