International Tax Senior

International Tax Seniorwitha $20+ billion, growing and acquisitive global company.

The International Tax Senior can be based in either Atlanta, GA or Dallas, TX. This role will focus on international tax compliance and my client is looking for a high impact/value creating International Tax Senior.

• Review foreign income tax returns and review and prepare US informational returns for foreign entities (5471, 8858, 8865) to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with domestic and foreign tax law.
• Track tax positions and their potential impacts on the company’s effective tax rate.
• Develop and train tax interns and/or tax analysts.
• Support company positions in tax audits and participate in tax planning projects.
• Manage multiple projects and communicate results to supervisor and team.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and share ideas for transformation that will drive value in the tax organization.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, and/or a JD or LLM.
• 1+ years of experience in international tax.
• CPA firm or large multi-national corporation experience.
• 2+ years of experience in corporate income tax.
• Experience with US inclusions and reporting relative to non-US operations including E&P, GILTI, BEAT, FDII, Subpart F, and foreign tax credits.
