A growing investment banking and financial advisory firm focused on middle-market M&A is looking for a Vice President to join their team. This is a high-impact role where you'll own client relationships, drive deal execution, and play a key part in the firm's continued growth.

• Lead buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions end to end
• Own client relationships and deliver top-tier advisory services
• Manage project teams, review financial analyses, and provide strategic direction
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to firm growth

• 6+ years in investment banking, transaction advisory, valuation, or corporate finance
• Proven track record leading M&A engagements and managing complex deliverables
• Strong financial modeling and valuation expertise
• Series 79 or 82 license (preferred)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills

• Work alongside a team that values transparency, growth, and impact
