Job Description
Next Step Recruiting has joined hands with a remarkable client in North Dallas, as they are seeking to hire a Payroll Tax Administrator on a contract-to-hire basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside an incredible team!
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years of direct experience and exposure in payroll tax, nationwide
- Federal Quarterly and Annual Tax Withholding filing
- State Income Tax
- Quarterly and Annual Tax Withholding filing - State Unemployment Tax
- Quarterly Tax Withholding filing - Local Tax – Monthly and/or Quarterly Tax Filing and Annual Reconciliations as the state regulates
- Knowledge in Labor and Employment Tax regulations for Federal, State, and Local
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and recent experience with Workday Software is required
