Job Summary

The Senior Treasury Analyst is responsible for supporting all aspects of Treasury Operations while providing excellent customer service to all assigned properties and vendors. This position requires extensive interactions with other departments such as Tax, Accounts Payable, Accounting, Operations, and Acquisition/Disposition teams.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or another related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Treasury, preferably in a multi‑unit/multi‑entity environment. Hospitality/real estate is a plus.
  • Mastery of major banking platforms for wires, ACH processing, transaction reporting, exporting data, report creation, stop payments, etc.
  • Experience with Kyriba or other Treasury Management System a plus.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel software (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, etc.), and Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office’s other products (Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Macros and Power Queries a plus.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Overall responsibility for bank accounts including balance monitoring, maintenance of bank/treasury systems and bank cost information.
  • Initiate and approve online electronic fund transfers while maintaining proper segregation of duties for audit compliance (i.e., wires, ACHs, book transfers).
  • Fund, research and resolve payment returns, payment processing issues and overdrafts.
  • Monitor the Treasury Ticketing system and respond to inquiries promptly.
  • Monitor and approve payments in Kyriba TMS system.
  • Monitor and decision ACH and Check Positive Pay exceptions.
  • Administrate online bank portal access for the Company including the ability to troubleshoot and self‑learn unfamiliar systems effectively.
  • Mentoring and training Treasury Analysts and leading cross‑functional initiatives or special projects.
  • Incorporate treasury best practices and help identify areas of improvement/provide recommendations to management.
  • Demonstrates initiative by independently identifying solutions to challenges and continuously seeking ways to improve processes.
  • Other duties and special projects as assigned.
Other Skills Required
  • Comfortable working both independently and in a team setting; flexible, adaptable, and thrives in a fast‑paced business environment.
  • Strong knowledge of cash management principles as well as an understanding of accounting processes, procedures and internal controls.
  • Strong research, analysis and organization skills with the ability to follow‑through.
  • Proactive problem‑solving skills with acute attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines on‑time with minimal supervision while taking full accountability for delivering high‑quality results.
  • Ability to professionally communicate (written and verbal) both internally and externally with individuals at all levels of the organization, including senior leadership.
  • Team player with positive success‑driven attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Commercially savvy with ability to exercise discretion with respect to highly confidential/sensitive information.
  • Integrity, ethical standards, and sound judgment.
