We're seeking a Financial Accountant to support month-end close, financial reporting, and general ledger accuracy for a growing organization in Plano. This role blends independent work with team collaboration and offers a flexible hybrid schedule.

• Prepare monthly financial statements and assist with forecasting and budgeting.
• Perform journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Support internal/external audits with accurate documentation.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal policies, and established controls.
• Assist with process improvements and ad-hoc financial reporting.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3+ years of accounting experience.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and Excel skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems preferred.
