Financial Manager
This role leads a team of analysts and is responsible for system sales and EBITDA forecasting, bringing together key initiatives, surfacing emerging trends, and delivering clear, actionable insights - even in environments with incomplete or rapidly changing data. The position is highly visible and cross‑functional, partnering closely with multiple internal teams as well as Global Finance and select external partners. The ideal leader is forward‑thinking and solutions‑oriented, with the ability to balance analytical rigor, sound judgment, and influence to drive informed decision‑making.
Job Responsibilities- Provide cross-functional financial leadership, aligning stakeholders on key business drivers, revenue performance, and initiative impact
- Lead system sales and EBITDA forecasting, including annual and long-range plans, scenario modeling, and sensitivity analysis
- Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing team of analysts, fostering strong business acumen and innovative forecasting approaches
- Own and continuously improve forecasting models, tools, dashboards, and analytical frameworks
- Translate complex financial and market trends into clear, executive-ready insights and recommendations
- Support ad hoc analyses and strategic business needs as they arise
- 6+ years of experience in financial analysis, forecasting, or related roles, including people leadership
- Strong expertise in revenue forecasting, trend analysis, and financial modeling (e.g., new product P&Ls, long-range projections)
- Excel and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau); working knowledge of SQL
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact environment
- Industry background in food service, restaurants, consumer products, or retail preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred
