Description:
Responsible for providing support to business groups, through information analyses (e.g. current processes, actual performance vs. budget and prior year, budget, etc.), preparation of financial data/analyses for the business leaders who rely on and benefit from the information to make informed business decisions. Primary responsibilities to supporting Projects/Labs as the financial management controller for labs and projects; include lead the financial analysis team, identification of areas for cost reductions and operational improvements, annual budget process, periodic forecasting, and periodic analysis of business performance.

Key Responsibilities:
oInteract frequently with senior level project managers and lab leaders Perform analysis, financial planning, financial advice and provide recommendations to senior management to achieve strategic goals
oPresent for management and key internal stakeholders
oLead and manage the annual budgeting and monthly/quarterly forecast processes
oSupport the month end closing related to projects in system
oDevelop and publish regular reporting (both customer acquisition & financial) to track results and progress against goals/KPIs – optimize Flash and Dashboard reporting
oAbility to handle multiple tasks while appropriately prioritizing projects. Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills

Chinese and English bilingual is required

BA or above degree in economics, business, finance or related areas
o 3-6 year finance or accounting work experience and minimum of 2 years related work experience
oAdvanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
oComprehensive experience influencing and educating people
oAdvanced analytical and technical skills
oInterpersonal skills, ability to interact and influence at all levels in the organization
oCommunication skills at all levels in the organization
