Job Description
The ReEntry program offers experienced professionals, who are currently on an extended career break of at least two years, the support and resources needed to relaunch their careers. The program spans over 30 locations worldwide, and is a 15‑week fellowship beginning April 20, 2026 and ending July 31, 2026, with the prospect of a permanent employment offer based on business needs and candidate skill set.
Compliance at JPMorgan Chase
The CCOR team works across all lines of business, providing oversight of the firm’s compliance, conduct, and operational risk management activities. We design and execute the CCOR program, establishing policies and standards that set forth the requirements for lines of business and corporate functions and enable oversight and independent assessment of compliance, conduct, and operational risks inherent within the firm’s activities.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide an independent, objective view of the business and/or function control environment
- Participate in ongoing second‑line risk reviews and assessments to proactively identify and mitigate operational risks
- Assess and aggregate risks across different lines of business and present results to relevant stakeholders
- Collaborate and partner effectively with senior leaders and other lines of business and functions
- Maintain ongoing financial and organizational discipline
- Deliver against new regulatory, industry and internal requirements and standards
- Promote the highest standard of culture and conduct by identifying, analyzing, and escalating issues
What We Look For
- Currently on a voluntary career break of at least 2 years
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of financial services experience within Compliance, Legal, Controls, Risk Management or similar area
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Preferred experience in legal, governance, regulatory, operational risk, global financial crimes, AML/KYC, monitoring and testing, stress testing
