Hi All, I need some help - a clone of myself would be nice...

My husband and I own a Real Estate and Mortgage Loss Mitigation company that specializes in Short Sales, Short Payoffs, Loan modification, and traditional refinance and purchase loans
. Recently, our pipeline has increased from an average of 3-5 listings/month to over 15.

We need an assistant with experience in our field, particularly in mortgage processing (Realtors with mortgage experience are also acceptable). We don’t have time to train someone new in this business! Initially, we require on-site presence, and we operate from our home in Plano.

Ideal candidates should have good computer skills, attention to detail, and a compassionate nature
. Our clients are often in severe financial distress and need counseling, so some client interaction may be involved.
