We are looking to add to our Consumer Direct teams in both Plano and El Paso, TX, and encourage you to take a look at who we are and where we are going. Each Guardian Consumer Direct Loan Officer manages both inbound and outbound calls to/from consumers who are interested in a purchase or refinance mortgage.

You will develop and manage your own pipeline of leads, following up to ensure success through unsurpassed customer service. You will work with Guardian’s processing and underwriting professionals to expedite the approval of loans and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
