Overview
High Profile has partnered with our client to find a Financial Accounting Analyst to join a dynamic and fast-growing organization known for its energetic culture and commitment to excellence. This role offers an opportunity to blend accounting and analytical rigor with business impact — supporting key financial operations, reporting, and strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities- Prepare accurate and timely daily, weekly, and period-end financial reports that drive business insights and strategic decisions.
- Lead period and year-end financial reviews to ensure compliance, accuracy, and audit readiness.
- Analyze sales, expenses, inventory, and P&L results; identifying and resolving variances.
- Support journal entry preparation, account reconciliations, and cost center reporting.
- Track and analyze capital expenditures, vendor payments, and inventory across multiple locations.
- Contribute to forecasting and budgeting cycles by analyzing trends and monitoring spend.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify risks, uncover opportunities, and optimize performance.
- Maintain internal controls and data accuracy while supporting continuous process improvements.
- Assist with dashboard creation, reporting tool enhancements, and automation of recurring tasks.
- Support audits, tax filings, and corporate reporting in collaboration with centralized teams.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of solid Multi-Location/Unit accounting and analytical experience; in the QSR or Retail industry is strongly preferred.
- Excel and Power BI savvy
; familiarity with financial systems such as SAP, JDE, and HFM - Self-starter: self-motivated individual that takes initiative.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Natural collaborator, strong communicator, and excellent organization & time management skills.
- Reliable, deadline-driven, and process-minded with a passion for operational efficiency.
