Mailroom Associate (onsite)

Position will be on-site in Plano, TX

Full time employment, benefits and team atmosphere

$16.00 per hour. + overtime

Work Schedule is various days and hours

We’re looking for people with a passion for customer service, natural empathy and the determination to deliver a comprehensive resolution. To be successful in this role, you will have:

• The ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong work ethic with strong reliability and dependability.
• Effective and accurate verbal communication skills.
• Effective in consistently following processing rules for enhanced quality

• Receives, processes, and ensures paper document integrity and classification are completed prior to image scanning.
• May require image quality control cross training.
• Sorts paper documents by form type and line of business depending on requirements for processing.
• May require some lifting up to 50 pounds.

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Must be able to clear a criminal background check and drug test.
