Operations Manager, Program / Project Manager
Overview
Safety projects don’t succeed on effort alone. They succeed when someone has the technical judgment to understand risk, the discipline to control scope and budget, and the leadership to align people toward a clear outcome.
At Seven Gen, the Safety Project Manager is that person.
This role sits at the intersection of technical expertise and execution. You are accountable for how safety work moves from concept to completion, how data is collected, interpreted, and communicated. You translate regulatory requirements into practical solutions, navigate complex field work, and ensure clients receive work that is not only technically sound, but is delivered as a high-quality product providing clarity, consistency, and credibility.
As our Safety practice grows in scale and complexity, this role is essential to managing that growth well. Project Managers set the standard for how projects are run, how decisions are made, and how quality is maintained across multiple moving parts. You don’t just keep projects moving, you shape how the work is done.
If you’re someone who takes pride in getting the details right, sees the bigger picture of how projects succeed or fail, and wants real ownership over outcomes, this role offers both the responsibility and the runway to make a meaningful impact.
