Position: Engineering Change Order Analyst

Our client, a leader in the medical device industry, is seeking an Engineering Change Order Analyst to join their team. As an Engineering Change Order Analyst, you will be part of the Quality Systems Department supporting cross‑functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
  • Assist in developing and maintaining systems within the department to support product lifecycle management.
  • Create, analyze, and process Change Items in compliance with QSR, ISO
    13485, and other applicable standards.
  • Support the expansion of Agile software to improve document control processes.
  • Participate in project teams to enhance the efficiency of Document Services and configuration management systems.
  • Provide technical assistance to internal and external customers regarding Change Control procedures and product structure.
What's Needed?
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree or 7 years without a degree.
  • Knowledge of regulations and standards affecting IVDs and Medical Devices.
  • Experience with document control and change order systems.
  • Working knowledge of QSR, ISO standards related to document and data control.
  • Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
