Operational Development Specialist III (Whs SME)
Tek Wissen is a global management consulting, technological service and outsourcing company delivering technology-driven business solutions to meet the strategically driven objectives for our numerous clients.
- Implement system and work processes to meet internal and external requirements regarding functionality, lead‑time and any legal requirements
- Be an escalation point for LSP's super users for IT and process issues towards global process owners and functional managers
- Verify that the generic IT and e2e process is implemented and used. This is done by driving yearly audit programs. Results are summarized and reported according to defined reporting structure.
- Drive the collection of issues, consolidate issues, and drive issue resolution by developing generic training or new demand definition towards system or process owners
- Set up and secure a smooth operation of the e2e operation, report competence gaps/training requirements towards line managers
- Drive implementations on respectively local sites when it comes to new functionalities/processes
