Job Description:
Duties:
- Manage engineering change orders (ECOs) in Windchill (PLM).
- Review and process complex change orders with strong attention to detail.
- Follow established procedures and work instructions with minimal supervision.
- Use Word, Excel, Adobe Pro, SAP, and Teams for documentation, review, and approvals.
- Support cross-functional collaboration on product and documentation changes.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of change records.
- Coordinate with engineering, supply chain, and quality teams to resolve ECO-related issues.
- Contribute to timely execution of change processes to meet project and production deadlines.
Experience
- Minimum 4 years relevant experience with a bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 7 years relevant experience without a bachelor's degree.
Key Skills
- PLM and ERP system experience (Windchill preferred).
- Strong communication skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Pro.
- Ability to follow procedures and work independently.
- Team-oriented; able to meet tight timelines.
Preferred Experience
- Hands-on experience with Windchill engineering change orders.
- Prior work within regulated industries (medical device, manufacturing, etc.).
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
