Job Description:

Duties:

• Manage engineering change orders (ECOs) in Windchill (PLM).
• Review and process complex change orders with strong attention to detail.
• Follow established procedures and work instructions with minimal supervision.
• Use Word, Excel, Adobe Pro, SAP, and Teams for documentation, review, and approvals.
• Support cross-functional collaboration on product and documentation changes.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of change records.
• Coordinate with engineering, supply chain, and quality teams to resolve ECO-related issues.
• Contribute to timely execution of change processes to meet project and production deadlines.

Experience

• Minimum 4 years relevant experience with a bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 7 years relevant experience without a bachelor's degree.

Key Skills

• PLM and ERP system experience (Windchill preferred).
• Strong communication skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Pro.
• Ability to follow procedures and work independently.
• Team-oriented; able to meet tight timelines.

Preferred Experience

• Hands-on experience with Windchill engineering change orders.
• Prior work within regulated industries (medical device, manufacturing, etc.).

Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
