RAN Wireless SME – 4G​/5G

Talent Acquisition Lead | Client & Stakeholder Management | Connecting Top Talent with Leading Tech Companies Responsibilities:

• Develop product and feature requirements, system specifications, and performance analysis.
• Analyze customer requirements and translate them into detailed system designs.
• Conduct KPI performance analysis and troubleshoot 4G/5G wireless call protocols.
• Support pre-sales activities and technical presentations to customers.
• Educate customers on products and services, ensuring commitments are met.
• Work with lab and field teams for chipset testing and network deployments.

• 12+ years of experience in wireless telecommunications (RAN focus).
• Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science (Advanced degree preferred).
• Strong knowledge of 4G LTE & 5G , call processing, PHY/MAC/RLC/RRC/PDCP layers
  .
• Hands‑on experience with RAN performance analysis, KPI optimization, and troubleshooting
  .
• Commercial network 4G and 5G KPI performance analysis and debugging experience
• Familiarity with XCAL, QXDM, Wireshark, and channel emulators
  .
• Understanding of Hybrid Beamforming, Massive MIMO, LTE‑, 5G numerologies
  .
• Ability to present complex technical concepts to customers and cross‑functional teams.
• US work authorization required (US Citizen / Green Card/ EAD).

• Experience with 3
  
  GPP Release 15/16 specifications.
• Exposure to software and hardware architecture in wireless systems.
• Strong problem‑solving, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
