We are currently hiring for RAN Wireless SME
Key Responsibilities- Lead system engineering activities including product and feature requirement development, performance analysis, and new technology introduction for virtualized networks
- Analyze 4G/5G wireless call protocols and troubleshoot chipset IODT issues from lab and field
- Support pre-sales activities and translate complex technical designs between sales teams and carrier networks
- Drive customer engagement, technical deep dives, and new product rollouts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- 12+ years of wireless industry experience
- Strong expertise in 4G/5G RAN, air interface, and call processing technologies
- Deep understanding of PHY, MAC, RLC, RRC, and PDCP layers
- Hands‑on experience with tools such as XCAL, QXDM, Wireshark, Channel Emulator
- Experience with 3
GPP Rel‑15/16, Massive MIMO, Hybrid Beamforming, LTE‑
