RAN Wireless SME

We are currently hiring for RAN Wireless SME

• Lead system engineering activities including product and feature requirement development, performance analysis, and new technology introduction for virtualized networks
• Analyze 4G/5G wireless call protocols and troubleshoot chipset IODT issues from lab and field
• Support pre-sales activities and translate complex technical designs between sales teams and carrier networks
• Drive customer engagement, technical deep dives, and new product rollouts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams

• 12+ years of wireless industry experience
• Strong expertise in 4G/5G RAN, air interface, and call processing technologies
• Deep understanding of PHY, MAC, RLC, RRC, and PDCP layers
• Hands‑on experience with tools such as XCAL, QXDM, Wireshark, Channel Emulator
• Experience with 3
  
  GPP Rel‑15/16, Massive MIMO, Hybrid Beamforming, LTE‑
