Seeking a senior RAN Wireless SME to support advanced 4G/5G system engineering, customer-facing technical engagements, and new technology introductions. The role requires deep RAN expertise, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts across teams and customers.

• Lead 4G/5G product and feature requirements
  , system design, and performance analysis
• Conduct deep-dive technical sessions and support virtualized network deployments
• Translate customer requirements into detailed system and design specifications
• Analyze and troubleshoot 4G/5G call processing and air-interface issues
  , including chipset IODT lab and field testing
• Support pre-sales technical activities and develop compelling technical solutions
• Serve as a technical liaison between sales, carrier network teams, and HQ
• Educate customers on products and ensure delivery against commitments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams;
  limited travel as required
• Recognized SME capable of driving complex technical solutions
• Strong communication and presentation skills

• 12+ years of wireless industry experience
• Bachelor’s degree in EE/CS or related field (advanced degree preferred)
• Strong expertise in 4G/5G RAN architecture, air interface, and call processing
• Experience with system engineering: feature definition, optimization, performance analysis, test strategy, and troubleshooting
• Solid understanding of 5G technologies (Massive MIMO, beamforming, LTE‑, numerologies)
• Familiarity with 3
  
  GPP Rel-15/16
• Deep knowledge of protocol layers:
  PHY, MAC, RLC, RRC, PDCP
• Hands‑on experience with tools such as XCAL, QXDM, Wireshark, Channel Emulators
• Strong understanding of 3
  
  GPP Core and RAN networks
• SW development and HW/SW architecture experience is a plus
