- 4+yearsindepthexperiencewithAzurecorecloudtechnologiesinahightrafficproductionsetting
- 3+years'experienceinapplicationmigrationstocloudusingnativepatterns
Responsibleformaintainingthestabilityandsupportabilityofcloudsolutions.
ResponsibilitiesUAT,ORTtestinganddrivingoperationalrequirements.
Outputs include Test Plans ,Test Cases,Test Execution,Production Verification,Developer and Administrative Portals .
Interfacewithdevelopmentteams,vendors,product,salesandcustomers.
Engineeroperationalrequirements,testcases,technicaldocumentationprovideoperationalsupport.
Ensurestandardprocessesexistforsystemsinstallation,configuration,patching,and upgrading.
Research,troubleshoot,resolvesystemissues/outages.
Platform support(monitoring capabilities,performance tuning,capacity planning,andmaintainingoverallserviceandplatformhealth).
Service Incident Reporting (SIR),developanddeliver
Root Cause Analysis (RCA) tomanagementandtothecustomer.
