Opportunity Overview- Develop test techniques focused on Power discrete and Linear products
- Develop new test techniques using C/C++ and application board design to address new or enhanced customer requirements
- Address customer support issues on complex problems
- Develop strong working relationships with the factory teams, marketing, and engineering groups
- Work with sales to pursue new opportunities and provide technical input
- BS degree in either Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Computer Engineering
- 2+ years of industry experience
- Strong, hands‑on hardware experience using lab equipment, such as a digital multimeter, high‑speed oscilloscopes and waveform generators
- Strong programming experience in C, C++
- Strong analytical skills and practical problem‑solving skills
- Proficiency in Windows and Excel
- Excellent communication skills, verbal, presentation and documentation
- Ability to work both within a team and independently
- Ability to travel up to 20% or greater
- Experience with ATE equipment particularly Eagle test systems is highly desired
- Experience in Discrete, High‑Power Modules, or Linear devices is highly desired
- High‑power AC testing experience is a plus
- Capability to carry auto liability or minimum insurance due to automotive responsibilities

CompensationThe base salary range for this role is $77,200 – 123,600. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location.
