• Lead technical engagements with key customers, serving as the point of contact for critical projects.
• Mentor and guide junior FAEs, providing technical direction and leadership in customer‑facing projects.
• Take ownership of complex technical challenges, ensuring proactive solutions and project success.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align strategies, priorities, and resources.

• Lead the effort to understand customer requirements and develop tailored, optimized solutions.
• Prepare and present design proposals and technical submittals while influencing customer decisions.
• Oversee and perform on‑site testing, installation, and troubleshooting of systems.

• Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with key customers, ensuring early involvement in design‑in projects.
• Serve as a trusted advisor for customer technical needs and escalate issues when necessary to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with internal teams (HQ and Factory) to ensure smooth project execution and alignment of deliverables.

• Lead the development and delivery of technical training programs for internal teams, partners, and customers.
• Act as the go‑to technical expert on data center solutions, power electronics, UPS systems, and power distribution technologies.
• Troubleshoot field failures and recommend improvements to products or processes.
• Continuously identify and communicate industry trends to the sales and product teams.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Field Application Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or in a leadership role within the data center, UPS, or power distribution industry.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing customer relationships, driving projects, and mentoring teams.
• Strong background in Power Electronics with the ability to solve complex technical challenges.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Field Application Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or in a leadership role within the data center, UPS, or power distribution industry.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing customer relationships, driving projects, and mentoring teams.
• Strong background in Power Electronics with the ability to solve complex technical challenges.
