Key Responsibilities Supervises daily operations of nursing faculty and ensures adherence to policies Onboards and develops faculty to align with program and college objectives Facilitates courses and collaborates with faculty to achieve academic outcomes
Required Qualifications and Education Graduate of an accredited nursing school with an MSN Minimum of three years in administrative leadership and teaching in a post-secondary nursing program At least five years of clinical nursing experience Active RN license with the ability to obtain licensure in required jurisdictions Experience in institutional and programmatic accreditation processes
