Your role: create and facilitate brief, focused reading workshops that produce measurable improvements in phonics, fluency, and comprehension for early elementary learners, then scale that framework to campuses nationwide.

• Facilitating brief, focused reading workshops that build phonics, fluency, and comprehension competencies
• Creating personalized motivational experiences using gamified literacy benchmarks
• Reviewing student performance data to adjust instruction and identify actionable trends
• Partnering with engineers to assess and improve AI literacy platforms based on real classroom outcomes
• Building scalable, AI-integrated content that supports early elementary students in reaching grade‑level reading proficiency

• Conducting 90‑minute lessons or adhering to traditional curriculum structures—students engage with academic content through AI‑adaptive applications

• Bachelor's degree
• Advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson, LETRS, CERI, or equivalent) OR Master's degree in reading instruction
• Minimum 2 years of experience providing small‑group reading interventions to K–2 students
• Capable of assessing reading proficiency, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated instruction without relying on pre‑packaged curricula
• Experienced with AI/adaptive learning platforms and responsive to student interaction patterns within those systems
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Able to work on‑site at one of our campuses:

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
