Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This role seeks a School Psychologist to provide comprehensive psychological services in a school setting in Plano, TX. The position is contract-based and focuses on supporting student well-being and academic success through assessment, intervention, and collaboration with educators and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments to evaluate student learning, behavior, and emotional needs
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and specialized staff to support student achievement and mental health
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to educational planning
- Provide counseling and crisis intervention as needed
Qualifications:
- Valid license or certification as a School Psychologist
- Experience conducting assessments and developing educational interventions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of educational and psychological testing tools
- Ability to work effectively with students of diverse backgrounds and needs
