Our 2‑Hour Learning approach blends AI‑adaptive technology with expert teaching to accelerate reading progress. Your role: create and implement focused, short‑duration reading workshops that produce measurable improvements in phonics, fluency, and comprehension for early elementary learners, then help replicate that model across our growing network of campuses.

What You Will Be Doing- Implementing focused, short‑duration reading workshops that strengthen phonics, comprehension, and fluency
- Creating personalized motivational experiences using gamified literacy benchmarks
- Reviewing student performance data to adjust teaching methods and identify actionable patterns
- Partnering with engineers to assess and improve AI literacy platforms based on real classroom outcomes
- Building scalable, AI‑integrated content that empowers early elementary students to reach grade‑level reading proficiency
- Conducting 90‑minute lessons or adhering to traditional curricula—students acquire academic content through AI‑adaptive applications
- Bachelor's degree
- Advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson, LETRS, CERI, or equivalent) OR Master's degree in reading instruction
- Minimum 2 years of experience providing small‑group reading interventions to K–2 students
- Capable of evaluating reading levels, organizing students into groups, and creating differentiated instruction independent of pre‑packaged curricula
- Comfortable using AI/adaptive learning platforms and interpreting student behavior patterns within them
- Authorized to work legally in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Able to work on‑site at one of our campuses:

Plano, TX;
Tampa, FL; or Dorado, Puerto Rico

Working with usThis is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
