Position Requirements

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• General knowledge of coaching techniques and procedures.
• Passionate about player development, fundamentals, and mentoring young men in a faith-centered environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, instruct and supervise student athletes.
• Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.

Education and Experience:

• Associates degree or higher preferred.
• A minimum of three years of experience as a high school, college or professional running backs coach is required.

Physical Requirements Specific to the Job:

• Will be exposed to hot and cold weather conditions.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
• Must be able to traverse various athletic grounds and facilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the Position

• Must be able to:
• Attend all varsity football games (most Friday nights, occasional Thursday night or Saturday).
• Attend morning practices: 6am to 8am or 7am to 9am.
• Attend Saturday film and game planning sessions.
• Other duties as assigned.
