AEM Architect

Job Title: AEM Architect (Hands-on – Adobe Experience Manager)

Location:
Atlanta, GA or Plano, TX (Onsite)

We are looking for a passionate AEM Architect with 2–3 years of hands‑on experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to design and deliver scalable digital experience solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong Adobe stack exposure, development expertise, and the ability to translate business needs into AEM‑based architectures.

• Design and implement Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions and architecture.
• Develop custom AEM components, templates, dialogs, and workflows
  .
• Work on AEM Sites and Assets implementations.
• Configure and manage Author & Publish instances
  .
• Implement content models, content fragments, and experience fragments
  .
• Integrate AEM with Adobe Marketing Cloud and third‑party applications.
• Ensure platform performance, scalability, and security.
• Support deployment, release management, and environment configurations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve AEM production issues.

• 2–3 years of hands‑on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.x / Cloud Service).
• Expertise in OSGi, Apache Sling, JCR, CRXDE

• Experience with HTL (Sightly), Servlets, JSP
  .
• Hands‑on experience building editable templates and core components
  .
• Experience with AEM workflows and DAM
  .
• Understanding of Dispatcher setup and caching strategies
  .
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs integrations
  .
• Experience with Git, Maven, Jenkins/CI‑CD
  .

• Exposure to Adobe Analytics, Target, Campaign
  .
• Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service
  .
• Frontend framework integration (React/Angular).
• Knowledge of SEO and accessibility standards
  .
• Adobe certifications (nice to have).

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management.
