Onshore - UX Designer: Senior

  Senior UX Designer (Job Posting 14930)

  On-site in Plano, TX (4 days/week)

  Fixed and non-negotiable
• Interview Process:
  • Round 1:
    Screening with Josh and Michelle (1 hour, informal)
  • Round 2:
    Panel interview with senior designers (portfolio review and rubric-based evaluation)

• Experience:
  • Strong background in complex systems (insurance or Fin Tech preferred)
  • Familiarity with design systems
  • Ability to work across multiple standalone and bundled products
• Portfolio Expectations:
  • Clear navigation
  • Detailed case studies with rationale, problem-solving, and process
  • Demonstrates modern design sensibility
  • Shows application of research findings to design
  • Avoids outdated or overly simplistic presentations
• Research:
  • Not a core responsibility, but evaluative usability testing is common
  • Experience working with research teams is a plus
