Overnight Front Desk Associate - Plano Club is a role at Crunch Fitness. At Crunch Fitness, we fuse fitness and entertainment to create an environment where serious results meet serious fun. This position is the first and last impression of the Crunch brand, and it involves creating a high-energy, positive atmosphere while delivering exceptional customer service. It is performance-based and includes engaging with prospective members, selling memberships, promoting club services, and ensuring every guest and member has an outstanding experience.

• Be the first and last impression of the Crunch brand with a high-energy, positive atmosphere and exceptional customer service.
• Engage with prospective members, sell memberships, promote club services, and ensure an outstanding guest experience.
• Contribute to a fast-paced, team-first culture and support ongoing club operations.
• Work overnight hours (approximately 11pm–6am).

• Sales or customer service experience
• Bilingual Spanish/English (a plus)
