Nothing Bundt Cakes refers to our guest services representatives as Joy Creators
. A Joy Creator sweetens up the place, setting the mood and making a visit to the bakery an event worth posting about. You’ll help guests order the right cake for their celebrations and ensure their orders go off without a hitch. You’ll make everyone feel welcomed and create an environment of generosity, happiness, and joy in your community.

• Assist guests in selecting the right cake for celebrations and help them order accurately.
• Coordinate and ensure timely processing and fulfillment of cake orders.
• Greet guests and create a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the Joy Creator role.
• Support a positive community environment and contribute to a fun, casual workplace.
• Participate in ongoing training to develop cake crafting skills and career growth.

We close early so you can enjoy your evenings. We’re keeping it casual—t-shirts and sneakers are welcome. Cake discounts and a friendly, fun work environment are part of the experience. This job is suitable for a range of applicants, including students who are 18 or older. You’ll get trained on cake crafting as well as career development.
