Order Management & Customer Support Specialist

What You’ll Do
  • Champion Customer Service: Guide customers through order identification and after-sales support, including order creation, payment processing, invoice issuance, and dispute resolution—making sure every customer experience is top‑kn̦.
  • Coordinate Deliveries: Work closely with internal teams and customers to arrange inventory movement, monitor repair order status, and guarantee shipments are accurate and on time.
  • Maintain Accuracy: Manage orders in SAP and customer cases in Salesforce (including creation, cancellation, and month‑end closing), keeping workflows smooth and error‑free.
  • Drive Results: Quickly process credit card payments, issue invoices, and resolve invoice issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate & Communicate: Interface with colleagues and customers to keep everyone informed and ensure seamless operations.
What You’ll Bring
  • Education & Experience:
  • Associate’s degree from an accredited university/college plus at least 2 years’ experience in order fulfillment, management, or customer service, and 2 years’ experience using SAP or a similarly complex ERP system.
  • OR
  • High school diploma/GED with 4 years’ experience in order fulfillment, management, or customer service, and 4 years using SAP or a similarly complex ERP.
  • Tech‑Savvy: Proficient with SAP and Salesforce (or similar ERP/CRM platforms).
  • Customer‑Focused: Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills for both internal and external customers.
  • Detail‑Oriented: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks.
  • Problem Solver: Strong ability to resolve invoice disputes and order discrepancies with professionalism and urgency.
