WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?

As a full‑time Customer Service Representative at Service Star Brands, your 8‑hour day is a journey of delightful interactions, efficient scheduling, and service that stands out. You'll be the go‑to expert for customer inquiries, efficiently managing technician schedules, entering crucial customer data, and securing maintenance appointments through outbound calls. Your role is pivotal in ensuring our customers experience unparalleled service every day.

DO

YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
  • 2 years of customer service or dispatching experience
  • 2 years of HVAC, electrical, or plumbing experience
  • Ability to type 50-60 WPM
  • Strong listening and verbal communication skills

Experience using Service Titan software is preferred but not required. Having a high school diploma or equivalent is a plus. Being bilingual is also a bonus!
