OverviewThe purpose of this position is to interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about their accounts. Responsibilities include handling customer interactions, responding to inquiries, participating in team meetings to stay informed about NTTA products and services, and discovering new communication tactics. Additional duties involve completing related projects as assigned.
Benefits- Retention Bonus: $1000
- Starting Pay: $18.50/hr
Call Center Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls to assist customers with account questions. Call volume may vary, and outbound calls may also be required.
- Set up new accounts, update information, and process requests via phone or front counter.
- Respond to emails and other correspondence.
- Verify payment information, review images, process payments, and resolve credit card disputes.
- High School Diploma
- 1-3 years of experience
- Fluency in English
- Typing speed of 30 WPM
