Traffic Project Manager, Creative Services ROLE SUMMARY

We are looking for a high‑caliber Traffic Project Manager to serve as the operational heartbeat of our in‑house Creative Services team. You will be the primary air‑traffic controller for a talented group of graphic and video designers, ensuring that a high volume of projects for various lines of business and corporate departments move from inception to completion without a hitch. This isn’t just about moving tickets;

it’s about mastering the “art of the pivot.” You will bridge the gap between corporate stakeholders, our creative talent, and agencies, ensuring every brief is clear, every deadline is realistic, and every deliverable meets customer expectations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Workflow Mastery: Direct the end‑to‑end flow of creative, production, and media projects. You’ll oversee the routing and trafficking of all assets—from digital assets to print to personalized asset packs/reusable components, including intra‑team and departmental communications.
  • Strategic Scheduling: Create and maintain master project schedules. You are responsible for flagging delays, adjusting timelines, and ensuring the team hits every milestone.
  • Resource Allocation: Monitor team bandwidth in real‑time. You’ll assign tasks based on capacity and expertise to ensure we are maximizing our creative output without burnout.
  • The Ultimate Liaison: Serve as the central point of contact between Project Managers, Artists, and internal client teams (Personalization, Brand, CRM, Legal). You speak both “business” and “designer.” You’ll lead status meetings and manage expectations across the board.
  • Technical Stewardship: Own our project management environment. You will review and input assets into our project management platform Wrike and other tracking tools (Teams, Sharepoint) to maintain a single source of truth.
  • Punctuality is King: You ensure deadlines are met, meetings start on time, and the team stays on track. You’re direct, clear, and can deliver project expectations with professional grace.
  • Multi‑tasking Guru: Take on additional duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • The

    Experience:

    5–7+ years of experience in a traffic or project coordination role within an advertising agency or a fast‑paced in‑house corporate marketing environment.
  • Wrike Expert: Deep proficiency in Wrike is highly preferred. You should be comfortable building workflows, custom dashboards, and automation to streamline the creative process.
  • Communication Pro: You possess the “tenacity and humanity” to deliver direct feedback to stakeholders while keeping the creative team motivated.
  • Organizational Ninja: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, and able to identify and suggest process improvements.
  • Technical Literacy: Familiarity with the Adobe Creative Cloud workflow as well as Sharepoint, Teams and Outlook are essential. Other experience in platforms such as Figma, Jira or digital asset management systems is a plus.
  • Bonus Points: A background in graphic design or content development is a significant plus, as it allows you to truly speak the language of your team.
