Position: Traveling Superintendent (Texas)

We’re seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to oversee ground-up commercial and industrial projects across multiple locations. Having clean room experience is a big plus! The ideal candidate will be based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area and willing to travel to job sites as needed. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys leading teams, problem-solving on the go, and maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and communication wherever the work takes them.

What

You’ll Do
  • Manage all onsite construction activities from groundbreaking through closeout on assigned projects.
  • Travel to project sites throughout Texas and nearby states, ensuring consistent execution and adherence to company standards.
  • Coordinate daily with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to meet project schedules, budgets, and safety goals.
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient jobsite while fostering teamwork and clear communication.
  • Review drawings and specifications, identify issues early, and implement proactive solutions.
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor field teams to deliver high-quality results and a positive work environment.
  • Provide regular progress updates and maintain accurate jobsite documentation.
What You’ll Bring
  • Proven experience managing ground-up construction projects from start to finish.
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination.
  • Ability to travel frequently and adapt to new project environments.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Dedication to maintaining jobsite safety and project quality.
  • Clean room or advanced manufacturing experience is preferred.
  • OSHA 30 and other safety certifications are a plus.
