We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Business Analyst to join our team. This role is designed for an early‑to‑mid‑career professional who demonstrates strong analytical capabilities, sound business acumen, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The successful candidate will play a critical role in bridging business needs with technical solutions, ensuring the delivery of high‑quality, data‑driven outcomes that support organizational objectives.
WhatYou’ll Do (Functions & Responsibilities)
- Elicit, document, and translate business requirements into clear technical specifications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to manage project timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of data used for business reporting and analytics.
- Support the design, development, and deployment of business intelligence solutions and actionable reporting.
- Identify risks, issues, and blockers, and communicate them effectively to enable mitigation strategies.
- Develop and maintain frameworks and standard practices for requirements gathering, quality assurance, and validation processes.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to align technical deliverables with business objectives.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
- Demonstrated experience defining and documenting business and technical requirements.
- Hands‑on experience with SQL and Snowflake.
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Power BI and Sigma.
- Excellent critical thinking, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Adaptable, resourceful, and detail‑oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
4‑year college degree in Business, Information Systems or Computer Systems or Data Analytics.
TypeWe have an in‑office work style, with most team members working in the office from Monday to Thursday and remotely on Friday.
