Akkodis is seeking a Business Analyst for a Contract with a client in Plano, TX (Hybrid). This role involves documenting business procedures and collaborating with stakeholders to translate complex needs into detailed functional specifications.
Rate Range: $47/hour to $49/hour; the rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Business AnalystJob Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders to support solution development.
- Translate high‑level business needs into detailed functional specifications and process flows.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including developers, QA, and project managers to ensure alignment on deliverables.
- Facilitate user story creation, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies to support iterative development.
- Conduct gap analysis and identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements.
- Support testing and deployment activities by validating solutions against business requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong domain expertise in Treasury operations and financial systems.
- Proven ability to document procedures and translate complex business needs into detailed functional specifications.

Pay Details$47.00 to $49.00 per hour
