Business Analyst

Akkodis is seeking a Business Analyst for a Contract with a client in Plano, TX (Hybrid). This role involves documenting business procedures and collaborating with stakeholders to translate complex needs into detailed functional specifications.

Rate Range: $47/hour to $49/hour; the rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders to support solution development.
• Translate high‑level business needs into detailed functional specifications and process flows.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including developers, QA, and project managers to ensure alignment on deliverables.
• Facilitate user story creation, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies to support iterative development.
• Conduct gap analysis and identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements.
• Support testing and deployment activities by validating solutions against business requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong domain expertise in Treasury operations and financial systems.
• Proven ability to document procedures and translate complex business needs into detailed functional specifications.

$47.00 to $49.00 per hour
