Who We’re Looking ForThe National Manager, Product Management is a pivotal, strategic role responsible for driving the vision, development, and success of a technology product. This role requires a blend of market insight, technical understanding, and cross‑functional collaboration to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs and align with business objectives.
As a Technology Product Director, this role serves as the central point of coordination, ensuring seamless execution across the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond, while optimizing developer productivity and platform scalability.
What You’ll Be Doing- Define and Drive Product Vision:
Partnering with business, develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy, aligning with organizational goals and market opportunities. - Product Roadmap and Lifecycle Management:
Create and maintain a dynamic product roadmap that balances short‑term deliverables with long‑term objectives. Own and manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to end‑of‑life, ensuring consistent alignment with business priorities and timely delivery of high‑value features. - Customer‑Centric Advocacy:
Bridge business and technical teams by translating high‑level business requirements into actionable technical specifications, ensuring feasible and aligned product development. - Backlog Management:
Own the product backlog, prioritizing features based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility. Collaborate with Tech Program Manager (TPM) and development teams during sprints to clarify requirements and resolve blockers. - Cross‑Functional
Collaboration:
Partner with business, enterprise architecture, software engineering, data engineering, infrastructure, and other teams to ensure cohesive execution of the product strategy. Facilitate communication and alignment among stakeholders to drive product success. - Champion Best Practices:
Advocate for best practices in software development, cloud‑native architecture, and automation, driving improvements across the development ecosystem. - Performance Tracking and Optimization:
Define and monitor key KPIs to measure product success. Use data‑driven insights to iterate, improve product performance, and demonstrate business value, including return on investment (ROI). - Stakeholder Communication:
Clearly communicate product plans, progress, and outcomes to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment across teams. - Risk Management and Problem Solving:
Anticipate and mitigate risks related to product development, market fit, or technical challenges. Make informed decisions to keep projects on track and aligned with goals. - Vendor and Partner Relationships:
Foster strong relationships with vendors and partners to ensure successful delivery of key platform capabilities and integrations.
