Role SummaryProvides leadership for Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Operations including supplier enablement, content management and metric compliance. This includes creating an e-procurement strategy that optimizes service and cost; organizing a team and technology to develop and optimize processes; and creating best practices to ensure long-term sustainability and scalability for both domestic and international procurement. The Manager - Procurement Enablement’s partnership across Sourcing, Accounting, Finance Services, and IT will be critical for success.
EssentialDuties And Responsibilities
- Implements and extracts maximum value from e-Procurement technology.
- Coordinates effectively with Buyers to implement and maintain accurate, cost-efficient content for catalogs.
- Leads efforts to assure ordering and invoicing activity is implemented and managed in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Leads efforts to assure that users of tools, such as Workday, are identified and provided with timely training.
- Define system KPIs and responsible for metrics scorecard readouts to impacted business units as well as senior leadership.
- Develops working knowledge of all applicable P2P software modules and can identify impacts to the system, department or other departments as assignments are performed.
- Participates in special projects as role requires.
