• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a similar field of study (Master’s Degree preferred)
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in business performance dashboard development, data analytics, sales analytics, or a related field.
• Strong communication and analytical skills with the ability to interpret large complex data sets and build / maintain a dashboard.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau.
• Experience in developing and maintaining business performance dashboards and reports.
• Capability to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑changing environment that requires a high degree of multi‑tasking with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently or with minimal direction.
• Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.

• Analyze retail performance data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in sales and operational efficiency with clear, concise charts, graphs, tables, or summaries.
• Interpret large complex data sets to build and maintain a dashboard.
• Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports to track key metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to consolidate all different data efficiently.
• Conduct in‑depth analysis of retail operations to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of retail initiatives and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Download and validate POS sales data, retail traffic data, and financial data on a daily basis and maintain the weekly sales & traffic combined dashboard.
• Support the Sr. Manager in establishing and maintaining dashboards and ad‑hoc reports that analyze data from multiple sources to provide insights into the performance of the mobile business.
