Community Hospital Corporation (CHC), a DFW Top 100 Employer, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Operations & Communications Specialist to join the CHC Supply Trust team! This is an exciting, onsite role based out of our beautiful corporate offices in Plano, TX, conveniently located between Legacy West and Grandscape.
The Role & Principal AccountabilityReporting to the Director, Member Development and Engagement, you will be the engine driving the day-to-day execution of CHC Supply Trust's internal systems, reporting, and administrative operations, while also spearheading the development of vital internal and member-facing communications.
- Operations Focus (Approx. 70%): You will be responsible for process ownership, system maintenance, and essential reporting.
- Communications Focus (Approx. 30%): You will operationalize communications, event preparation, and content development.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing recurring workflows. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to grow and adapt alongside the evolving needs of CHC Supply Trust. Strong proficiency in both Microsoft Office and Google Workspace is essential to produce high-quality documentation, analysis, and presentations.
Key Responsibilities Operations & Systems Management- Data Governance & Process Ownership: Own and govern internal processes, documentation (SOPs), and tracking tools. Lead system and process audits to ensure data accuracy and workflow consistency.
- CRM/Salesforce: Drive standardization and clean-up of member and contract records in Salesforce to ensure data integrity for reporting.
- Reporting: Gather, organize, and summarize data from internal sources to prepare spreadsheets, summaries, and visualizations.
- Executive Support: Collaborate on CHC board and internal reporting by compiling information and formatting slides and dashboards.
- Logistics: Support internal project and meeting logistics (agendas, notes, scheduling, follow-up).
- Content Creation: Create and refine professional, visually polished presentations and draft key communications (newsletters, member updates, team announcements).
- Event Support: Coordinate logistics and content preparation for internal trainings, member meetings, committee briefings, and other CHC Supply Trust events.
- Surveys: Manage the creation, distribution, and basic analysis of internal surveys.
- Required Education/
Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, communications, or a related field. - 2–4 years of professional experience in operations, project coordination, communications, or administrative support.
- Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (ability to work fluidly across platforms is a must).
- Strong attention to detail in documentation, formatting, and data entry.
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage shifting timelines, and contribute actively to a team environment.
- Preferred: Experience in healthcare, supply chain, or member-based organizations. Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
