Position Summary

We are seeking a Salesforce Supporting Admin assist the MX B2B Sales Operations team in maintaining and supporting Salesforce processes and systems. This role will provide critical support to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of Salesforce data management, reporting, and automation workflows.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in maintaining and updating Salesforce records to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Support the creation and management of Salesforce reports and dashboards for MX B2B sales performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues.
  • Assist in implementing new Salesforce features or updates as needed.
  • Provide administrative support for Salesforce user training and onboarding.
  • Create ad-hoc reports in Salesforce as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience with Salesforce administration or a similar role, with strong report/dashboard development skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and its functionalities.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a B2B sales environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce reporting tools and automation features.
  • Knowledge of data management and best practices.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce API, extensions, plug-ins, etc.
  • Strong attention to detail:
    Essential for maintaining accurate and up-to-date Salesforce records and ensuring data integrity.
  • Problem-Solving

    Skills:

    Ability to troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues efficiently.
  • Organizational

    Skills:

    Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks, such as report creation and user support.
  • Collaboration:

    Willingness to work closely with the MX B2B Sales Operations team and other stakeholders.
  • Adaptability:
    Openness to learning new Salesforce features and adapting to system updates.
