The principal product manager will focus on evolving our Data Lake platform services to solve key customer problems while strengthening security & compliance and delivering delightful experiences.
- Proven experience leading internal data platforms (data processing, hosting, persistence, consumption, or other internal data capability development).
- Deeply understand customer problems and needs through research, usability studies, interviews, feedback, experiments, and usage metrics.
- Demonstrate strong communication and leadership skills with engineering, architecture teams, and business stakeholders.
- Own your product: set a clear vision, define a roadmap, and share with cross‑functional teams.
- Inspire and lead your team and others to execute and deliver your vision and solutions that solve customers’ biggest problems.
- Ruthlessly prioritize backlog to ensure maximum customer impact.
- Design, experiment, and iterate on product capabilities using customer feedback, behavioral data, and market research.
- Define and analyze key success metrics to inform product decisions.
- Drive product development with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑impact experiences quickly.
- Build AI‑native data platforms and experiences.
- 8+ years in product management, designing and delivering world‑class products in a leadership role.
- Experience building and leading high‑performing teams.
- ‘Can‑do’ attitude with an entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable in fast‑paced ambiguous environments.
- Strong technical depth in software development; ability to read code, engage in architecture and design discussions; AI/ML expertise a plus.
- Track record of working closely with customers, partners, listening, and taking a customer‑focused approach to strategy and priorities.
- Demonstrated success in data‑driven approach and delivering impactful business results.
- Proven experience in defining big visions and inspiring teams to deliver innovations.
- Excellent collaboration and influencing skills across teams and organizations.
- Undergraduate degree in computer science or engineering preferred; MBA is a plus; equivalent experience considered.
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay‑for‑performance rewards approach. This position is eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits. Base pay range:
Bay Area, California: $236,000–319,000
New York: $232,500–314,500
