To tackle this initiative and achieve our ambitious goals, we are looking for a senior product manager who will revolutionize how internal customers consume and produce data. The role focuses on evolving our Data Lake platform services to solve major customer problems while strengthening security & compliance and providing delightful experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Must be an SME in the field of data processing, data consumption, data movement, or data persistence.
  • Deep understanding of lakehouse architecture and Databricks workflows.
  • Deeply understand customer problems and needs leveraging follow‑me‑home research, usability studies, first‑hand interviews, customer feedback, experiments, and usage/adoption metrics.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and leadership skills with engineering, architecture teams, and business stakeholders.
  • Own your product: set a clear vision, define your roadmap, and share it with cross‑functional teams.
  • Inspire and lead your team and others to execute and deliver your vision and solutions to solve customers’ biggest problems.
  • Ruthlessly prioritize your team’s backlog to ensure maximum customer impact.
  • Identify, design, experiment, and iterate on product capabilities leveraging customer and user feedback, behavioral data, and market research.
  • Define and analyze key success metrics to support and inform product decisions.
  • Drive product development with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑impact customer experiences quickly.
Qualifications
  • Experience in one or more of: real‑time clickstream data collection, data access management, data lake, data mesh, data lineage‑focused data problem solving.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a modern, data‑driven environment.
  • Experience building self‑serve products from scratch, including data definition, SDKs, and APIs for software developers.
  • Strong ability to think through unifying elements and common denominators; dream up user workflows, interfaces, and translate them into engineering‑ready user stories; work with product designers to create self‑serve products.
  • Familiarity with big data frameworks and domain‑driven design approaches to data as a product.
  • Data‑driven approach to everything you do: understanding customers, roadmap prioritization, and measuring success.
  • Ability to work in an agile fashion with your teams: go broad to go narrow; build, test, iterate.
  • Ability to nurture multiple projects in parallel at different maturity and velocity stages.
  • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical discipline (advanced degree a plus). Equivalent professional experience will be considered.
Compensation & Benefits

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay‑for‑performance rewards approach. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs. Pay is based on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive fair pay, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across ethnicity and gender. Base pay ranges for this position are:
Bay Area: $196,500‑$266,000
New York: $195,000‑$264,000
