Inside Sales Manager

Inside Sales Manager In addition to providing management oversight to the team, the Inside Sales Manager is also responsible for directly managing a territory of dealers. Here, the Inside Sales Manager has primary responsibility for driving business results with a defined set of dealers through ongoing relationship building and through the negotiation and decisioning of submitted applications.
** Responsibilities:
*** Ownership of the team’s recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and development of associate talent.
* Offer impact performance feedback through employee recognition, rewards, and disciplinary action.
* Guide employee’s success using a framework that encourages employee contribution, feedback, and growth.

* Strategically analyze data, statistics, and operational results transforming low outcomes into solutions.
* Manage employee work schedules including vacations, holidays, paid time off and overtime opportunities making sure the team needs are met.
* Foster a collaborative team by demonstrating transparent communications across the team by holding regular group and one on one meetings.
* Partner successfully with peers and teammates to efficiently achieve operational alignment and mutual objectives.
** Schedule Expectations:
*** Available ~3 Saturdays a month as needed to cover dealer inquiries and escalations with Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday off
* In office 5 days a week for the first 90 day training period
* Potential to work up to 2 Sundays a month with Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday off

* Basic Qualifications:

*** High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent Certification
* At least 2 years of Financial Services Experience or Business to Business Sales Experience

* Preferred Qualifications:

*** Bachelor’s Degree
* 2+ years of experience in Indirect Auto Finance
* 2+ years of experience in Credit Underwriting

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

Plano, TX: $138,100 - $157,700 for Inside Sales Manager Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
